Gary Johnson
President
Gary founded Seashore Construction in 1983 and established the strong work ethic that Seashore is known for today. Today, Gary mentors his staff, promoting a positive and self-reliant work environment that encourages teamwork and a family atmosphere. His strategic focus is based on his beliefs that honesty, caring, loyalty and faith will enable Seashore to provide the best customer experience.
Gary has always been driven to do more. “I believe in being honest, fair, and working hard. The future of Seashore Construction is bright as the team values each other’s contributions, knowing that the customer is the top priority, and the job must be performed to meet Seashore Construction’s quality of work standards.”
Gary and his wife Sue enjoy spending time with their family, especially their seven grandchildren. The couple helps South Jersey communities by providing direct support to youth organizations, individuals who need assistance, and local charities.
Chuck Rood
Construction Operations Manager
Chuck joined Seashore in 2004 and today manages residential projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project meets client satisfaction. Chuck completes all blueprint takeoffs, works hand-in-hand with supervisors to coordinate the general carpentry, window, door, and siding installations, and focuses on quality and workmanship. Establishing trust and open communication is key to every project, “I enjoy building relationships with new and existing customers, co-workers, and trade partners.”
