Join our growing Sales Team as a full-time Sales Representative. Do you have an outgoing personality that people are naturally drawn to? This position comes with an amazing earning potential of $60-$80K+/year for entry-level and $100K+/year for experienced roofing professionals! We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, simple IRA with 100% match up to 3%, and paid time off (PTO). We also provide a company vehicle, iPad, phone, and complete technical and sales training. Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
- Construction/building experience a plus
- Technology/computer savvy
- Physical ability to access roofs
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license
A Day in the Life of a Sales Representative:
As a Sales Representative, you start each day ready to personally connect with customers and offer them the best solutions for their roofing and related construction needs (siding, gutters, windows, skylights, etc.). With your Sales Manager, you go over the prior day’s sales activities and determine your strategy. Together, you develop the best possible game plan to give you the winning edge.
Meeting with potential clients, you carefully listen to their concerns and build rapport. You love being able to spend some time outside as you access roofs to conduct a thorough evaluation. Well versed in all of the services, products, and financing options that we provide, you are able to recommend solutions and provide quotes. For leads that did not close, you are always sure to follow up to ensure that their roofing and construction needs are met.
Work Schedule:
Our Sales Representatives typically work Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm with some evening and Saturday appointments as necessary.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
